Are you up to the challenge?

This challenge is designed to promote a holistic healthy “lifestyle”, help you lose inches, lose pounds, boost confidence, gain energy and have fun doing it!

Those who dare to enter this challenge will commit to 90 days of accountability to reach their health goals. Statistics show it takes at least 21 days to create or break a habit. I think we can all agree, change takes time! However, that time varies and ultimately it depends on YOU! How bad do you want to live a healthier lifestyle? Are you sick & tired of being sick and tired? Do you desire to fit comfortably into your clothes again? When you enter this 90 day challenge, I will do an assessment of your individual needs. Based on your responses I will recommend the appropriate package and/ or products to suite your needs. You are encouraged to exercise in addition to using the recommended product for at least 30 minutes, 3-4 times a week. Combining cardio, weight training and yoga or pilates.

Those who commit to this challenge are asked to limit or better yet abstain from the following things:

  • Sodas/Sugar Laden Juices- Instead drink TONS of Water! It’s time to cleanse out all of those toxins, as you are slimming down. We all need to be drinking at least 8 glasses a day!  Alkaline Water is highly recommended, if possible.
  • White breads & starches -(white rice, white potato’s, etc) –Instead substitute with multi-grain or rye breads, multi-grain pastas, brown rice, quinoa, sweet potatoes, etc.
  • Processed foods- this is going to require you to plan your meals and cook ahead. Limit your intake of processed foods and try to cook whole, natural foods. I will be glad to make some suggestions if necessary. Also, eating as many raw whole foods as possible will be very beneficial
  • Artificial Sweetners- Instead try minimal use of natural sweeteners like Stevia, Raw Honey, or cane sugar.  Also, try using fruit to sweeten up your meals.
  • Table Salt/Sodium- Avoid using it on your foods. Instead opt for herbs, spices, or Braggs Amino Acids to bring flavor to your foods or use Pink Himalayan Salt
  • Bad Fats: Opt for alternatives such as olive oil, grape seed oil or coconut oil, or grass fed butter to flavor food and/or cook with. Also, try incorporating Omega III, flax seed oil and/or hemp oil as options.

***Juicing is also highly recommended at least once daily:  Choose a healthy combination of greens: Kale & Spinach are my favorite, with berries/fruit.  Also, you can blend carrots, sweet potatoes, beets, and other yummy combinations. Juicing has multiple health benefits.

I also want to encourage you to eat healthy portion sizes. Eat 3 meals daily and have 2 healthy snacks. Do not starve yourself. Diets don’t work, not eating slows up your metabolism which makes it harder to burn fat.
